Attorneys must notify the judge responsible, the judge or the special clerk, as the case may be, of the settlement of any case proceeding on its merits and of any contested motion for which a date has been set, as soon as the settlement occurs, to allow a date to be fixed for other cases or motions.

Notification may be sent by fax or E-mail to :

• the office of the coordinating judge;
• the office of the master of the rolls.
