Court of Original General Jurisdiction

The Superior Court is the common law court in Québec,
that is to say, a general court which hears, in the first instance,
any legal claim that a formal provision of a law has not
assigned to another court. The Superior Court plays a 
prominent role in our justice system and its his cornerstone
of seat.
