Please note that motions concerning health care may be presented at 9 a.m. in the practice chamber.

The patient and witnesses will be immediately directed to the courtroom of the judge sitting in support, to allow the case to be heard without delay.

Not later than one day before the date of presentation of the application, the applicant’s attorney must contact the master of the rolls to specify

• whether or not the hearing will take place;
• whether or not the application is contested;
• how long the hearing is expected to take.

Except in exceptional circumstances, the medical documentation presented in support of the application must be submitted in a sealed package.
